The town - St Gervais
St Gervais Les bains is a thriving holiday resort with a great Mairie that has invested heavily in the infrastructure over the last few years.
These include the new access bridge to the "Bettex ski lift", various new ski lifts, and a "facelift" for the central buildings and the public ice rink and swimming pool (1.5km from the Lodge).
Located less than 30 minutes drive from Chamonix and the world famous Mont blanc cable car that takes you to the top of the Aiguille du Midi - from where the more advanced skiier can ski all the way back down.

Brilliant access from Geneva airport on the A40 motorway which brings you to within 10 minutes of the village.
Approximately 1 hour from Geneva airport. You can either rent a car or take one of the regular transfer buses via :
ouibus.com, alpybus.com or numerous private transfer companies.

The access road from the town is very well maintained even during times of snowfall and is also mostly flat.
